Our amaretto begins its journey in Italy where it is first distilled at 28% vol. It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind an amaretto at 0.0% abv. Ethanol then finds a new purpose in high perfumery.
Finally, it is in the heart of France, in a distillery dating from 1875, that we reinvent our non-alcoholic amaretto. It is redistilled in century-old pot stills with bitter almondes, hazelnuts, morello cherry and French oak bark
This manufacturing technique preserves the rich aromas, smooth texture, structure and length in the mouth of the original spirit, while being entirely alcohol and sugar free.
